The tps may need to be replaced. The instructions here are for a 94-00 integra harness. I don't know if your integras wire colors are different. If so let me know and I will try to find the correct colors for you. You should first check and see if it has the correct voltage going to it. It should be getting about 5 volts. You need to use a multimeter. Connect the positive of the meter to the yellow/blue wire and the negative of the meter to the green/black wire going to the tps. If you have the correct voltage than the signal to the tps is fine. Next check the tps signal voltage. With the engine off and closed throttle connect the positive probe of the meter to the red/black wire and the negative probe to any ground. You should have .5 volts at fully closed throttle and about 4.5 at fully open throttle. If you are not getting these readings you can sometimes adjust the sensor side to side to get this. If that don't work you need a new sensor.

Now for the code 20. It is the ELD system. This system detects excess amperage draw on the circuits for the headlights, fuel injection, charging system and so on. It is located on the underside of the engine fuse box I believe. To check the ELD you need to disconnect the connector from the eld system and measure the voltage on the power black/yellow wire. It should have about 12 volts. If no voltage, check the wiring harness back to the fuse box under dash and main fuse box under hood. Next measure voltage with the key on (not running), between the green/red (positive) and the black terminal (ground). There should be about 4.5 volts. If no voltage, check the circuit between the fuse box and pcm. Next switch key off and reconnect the connector to the ELD system. Start the car and measure voltage at the green/red (positive) terminal and a ground. Now turn on the low beams on the headlights, and take a voltage reading again on the green/red wire. It should be less than it was before you turned on the lights. If not the ELD is bad and needs to be replaced.
Good luck and I hope this helps. Like I said if the wire colors are wrong let me know and I will try to find the correct colors for you.

Ok voltage to the yellow/blue and green/black wires is 4.99
Not sure how to measure the red/black wire.. Do i need the key in the ignition turned to on? Or no keys in the ignition and just measure it like that??

With the engine off, throttle fully closed and TPS connector connected, connect the pos probe of your meter to the red/black wire and ground the negative probe to any good ground. You can use a paper clip and back probe the connector. Sometimes it takes a little wiggling to get in in but it does work rather well. Turn key to on position but not running. Now... Gradually open the throttle by hand and look at the voltage readings. With the throttle fully closed you should get about .5 volts. (half a volt). Slowly move the throttle open and see if the voltage changes as you go from fully closed to fully open. At fully open it should read like 4.5 volts.
