idles at 3k help!!

Default idles at 3k help!!

90 hatch with b18a1, not sure why its idling at 3k when cold. any answers?

idles at like 2 through 2300 when warmed up and in neutral

Is your throttle cable properly adjusted. Sounds more like a vacuum leak. When did you notice the idle?

Make sure the idle screw is tightened all the way they come loose very easy just use a flathead screwdriver its on the throttlebody. if thats all the way tight unplug the iacv on the back of the intake manifold while the car is running if u unplug it and ur car is still running you have a vaccum leak. options you got your idle screw is really loose
2.vaccum leak somewere in your lines or the manifold
3 your temp sensor is unplug or its bad

I thought it would be the fast idle valve but that **** is hard to get too. One day like 3 months ago it just revved past 3grand

Bought to try and do that today will pm if it still idles high
