Default ECU Died, Where to get a replacement?

I believe the ECU died in my 98 GSR... When the ECU is plugged in the injectors spray continuously, even if the engine is off. The shop said it was the ECU, and I have never had an issue like this. Where can I get a replacement ECU? Anyone ever had a similar issue with the injectors spraying constantly?

Open it up first to see if anything is wrong with it.

If I open it up, am I just looking for burned out capacitors or diodes? What should I look for?

eBay was my first stop, but don't want any issues with a used unit.... Better to pay a few extra bucks and drive a few more months.... Seen some on there with decent sellers though....

My 2 cents, my ecu was throwing incorrect info causing a cel, got a used ecu from ebay, works great. I'd rather buy 2-3 used off ebay than buy 1 new one from the dealer, considering they are pretty rare to fail. My friend who's been a mechanic for over 30 years said in all that time, only 3 ecus have failed. Mine was the 3rd...

Paid $150 vs $620...granted mine is a '95 gsr, don't know what yours would cost.
