So my integras idle climbs up and down all the time it goes from
1500 to like 700.any ideas on wat it can be

dirty IACV..my b17 had a weird idle also a while back..i cleaned the IACV and it still continued..then i tried cleaning the FITV and it was better..heres a write up that can help https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-6/%2A%2A%2A-how-%2A%2A%2A-clean-your-fitv-aka-fast-idle-thermo-valve-1564019/ can be one of those or something else that can help, so far it helped me..good luck

Also, check for vacuum leaks and bleed your coolant. I think low coolant/air in the system will cause idle problems also.

definitely start there i went through the same thing recently heres what i did:

remove air snorkel from throttle body
start car and place finger over hole in the 7 oclock position just inside the throttle body. if no suction--may have defective or clogged IAC

if you have suction put your entire hand over the throttle body to block air flow. the car should die out. If it doesnt check the coolant level. if thats full may have a possible bad FITV.

If it passes all these test. You may have to reset your base idle (and clean IAC and FITV) this is what i had to do and its simple as well...

get vehicle to operating temp and disconnect IACV
Base idle is appox 650 rpm to adjust turn screw at the top of the throttle body til desired rpm is reached.
reconnect iac and turn on high beams and rear defroster...rpm should increase to 750 rpm...let idle for 1 minute
turn blower on high and let idle for 1 munute (sets idle under load)

this should do it!!! hope that helped ya!!!! let us know!!!
