A common problem is that the rubber seal for the old filter comes off during removal and the resulting double seal (old + new) causes the new filter to leak oil.

Did you install a 3593A oil filter?

Are you sure the oil filter is leaking? Might the oil pressure switch be leaking?

Just hand tight, right?

The oil pressure switch is located right above the oil filter. You should check it.

Do you have an oil cooler/heater installed? I didn't even know they existed until mine started leaking. It goes between the filter and the block, and will have coolant lines running to it. There's a big o ring between it and the block... about $4 from the dealer.
