I thought the slot on the crank for the crank pulley key lined up with the TDC mark? Or am I tripping? If not then your timing looks pretty dead on.

What ecu are you running?

Yea the harmonic balancer lines up with the tdc mark on the outside of the timing cover. Not sure if it's the ecu (pwo with a J's chip) or maybe my advance or retard on my dizzy

Your ignition timing needs to be set to stock BTDC 16*.

the key slot is always perpendicular to the plane of the block. Actual timing marks are wherever the hell they feel like. luckily honda always makes it easy to see and set up. Toyota.. not so much.

so the belt timing looks correct, but it needed to be adjusted on either the dizzy or the ecu?

You need to adjust your ignition timing with a timing gun to stock BTDC 16*. The mechanical timing looks good.
