Default Unpleasant experience with Alan Ramos (mgs1098)

I recently purchased a full Integra brake conversion from Alan. He described them being in "used" and "decent" condition. I asked him if there was any rust on the trailing arms or any other components besides the rotors that needed to be replaced and he responded with a no. I kindly asked if the item could be shipped the day after I purchased the brakes (which he never did). He also kept refusing me a tracking number and gave me short and rude answers to all my questions. When I opened the package one of the trailing arm bushings was ripped out of the housing and the items looked nothing like they were pictured. He told me after he sent them that the ones pictured were in storage. I am trying to be calm and civil about the whole situation, but he refuses to answer my messages and is being immature. I am not out to get all my money back or try to get anyone in trouble, i just feel like crap about getting lied to.

I have all of our private messages and pictures. If I get permission I will post everything.

I did not lie to you. I shipped that day. As with all my other items, I drop off at ups and they box and ship for me! You can post whatever you like. I part cars out, so I have multiple items that are the same. The parts you got were from my storage unit. Yes at first, I would have sent you ones from another integra, but what's the difference if its all in good shape. As for the bushings, they were in good shape when shipped. So if you have an issue with that, contact ups. You haven't even paid in full for the parts. So what have you got to complain about? I have sold hundreds of items on here and other items. Brakes are heavy, if stuff gets damaged in shipping, maybe, just maybe it actually got damaged in shipping. Either way, you tell me what you think is best or fair. Posting this thread isn't really accomplishing anything though!

I will have to contact UPS and see what they can do about it. The one trailing arm bushing was torn right out of the housing.

Well that bushing was intact when shipped. Maybe you should take the funds you still owe me to fix the bushing!
