Default need help with no turn over.

just did a 89 civic si car harness swap from a 88 std civic. Fuel pump primes but starter doesnt turn over. Starter worked before i did the swap. Any ideas on what it could be? I checked all the grounds.

heres a link to what i have done so far.

Ok I will check for voltage also does a 89 civic Si have a safety netural switch? My 88 std seems to not have one.
