how low do you let your tank get before filling it up and how many miles are you getting out of a full tank?

3. DX stock
4. Dx mods
5. Si stock

I gotta Dx with a few small mods. I let it go to almost E before I fill it up lol

 

I got an 89 si with a b16, lots of mods, pushing around 210hp. I fill up when the needle is straight in line with the red E at the bottom of the gauge.

 

On any car you full up when you need to... Really can someone lock this one already.

 

i go by milage on my si because im to lazy to fix my sending unit. but usually around 225 miles between fill ups

 

"how long do you go before filling up?".. really?

What if you only drove you car once a week? You could go months in between fill-ups.

The other question of "how low do you go" is also silly.

MPG is the only stat worthwhile, and 90% of people on here don't know how or don't care to PROPERLY compute their MPG.

For the record, I have a completely rebuilt/new D15B2 with Si tranny and MPFI swap. Stock airbox and exhaust. I only get ~35 MPG, which is about 5 MPG less than when I was a bone stock DX. I really wish I hadn't done the MPFI and Si tranny swap.

This is too subjective everyone drives there car different so MPG is different no matter.
