hey guys i have a 95 civic with a 97 ls swap the cars been running fine but one of my exhaust valves for cylander 3 keeps coming loose so i changed it and it happened again so i tightened it went to start my car and now it idles at like 500 rpms or if i come to a stop it will just stall out but if it idles for like a min or two it will go up to 1k and stay there .... was told i might have bent a valve from tightening it to tight but the car runs strong when driving just wont idle right lmk what you guys think - thanks
