Default d15b7 dead cylinder HELP!!

i have a 92 civic with a d15b7 in it, number one cylinder isnt doing anything, and i cant figure it out. already checked compression, showed 210, checked head gasket, put new plugs, changed plug wires, changed distributor, switched injectors, and checked timing. nothing changes, you can pull the plug wire and the car runs no different.
i'm out of things to check, has anyone on here ever had this problem?
please help--this is my daily while the k24 gets built

Are you getting fire on the cylinder? Is the injector pulsing?

yes, it is getting fire and the injector is pulsing . that's what is so crazy about it, everything seems to be fine, but the cylinder isn't doing anything, the wiring harness in the car is not cut at all, but i may end up checking all that this weekend. its really throwing me and all my friends for a loop here, i have heard of people having similar problems, but i already did everything they did and no fix

If compression is good, it must be no spark or no fuel.

You say you have spark, so it must be no fuel

Pull the plug on cylinder 1, see if plug is "wet" with fuel. 94
