Default help!! problem after testing compression

well, I performed the compression test today for the first time using a write-up on prelude-power.com... everything was going fine and i just finished checking cylinder 1 (compression was ~240)... so i went to screw the spark plug back in the cylinder and attach the spark plug wire back on the spark plug BUT the wire wouldn't go in all the way down the cylinder (stopped at about midpoint)... so i unscrewed the spark plug and found that the side electrode was crushed into the center electrode...

when i checked inside the cylinder with a flashlight... the hole the sparkplug is supposed to screw into is pushed waayy up (picture 2)... the first picture below is of cylinder 2 which is what it should look like....

anyone had any experience with this??? or kno if this is fixable w/o getting a new head??

That's the adapter for your compression tester stuck in there. Put some locktite on the threads at the end of the compression tester hose, screw it back into that, give it a minute, then screw it out as one piece.

That is pretty good penmanship on your pictures. Did you write that with a mouse?
