Smushy brake pedal?
So I have a 91 ef si I just did 91 ls integra rear brakes and integra front brakes, integra booster an prop valve the brake pedal I's smushy for sum reason I bled them as well and did all brembo slotted rotors and hawk hps pads the only thing that's not ls as far as brake set up I's master cylinder any ideas will be much appreciated
Sounds like air in your lines.
Did you bleed it properly? Bench bleed the master cylinder before install and bleed brakes in criss cross fashion - rear passenger, front driver, rear driver, front passenger?

How impossible do you think it would be that you might still have an air bubble stuck in the system?
that's my only guess and it has happened many times that people think they got all the air out, but only found that there was a huge bubble in the MC because it was tipped at an angle when they did the bench bleed.

Since I just had a brake issue myself and fixed I will chime in. Smushy pedal is air in the system, make sure your pedal isnt sinking because that might also feel like its smushy. If its sinking you have a bad MC.
Regarding bleeding, using the criss cross method as 4dref mentioned. When you bleed, have someone pump the brakes 4 times, on the 4th have them hold the pedal, open valve a little then close up, do not let the person pushing the pedal push it to the floor, put some wood behind the pedal to prevent this. Do this 3-4 times each corner unless you still see bubbles. Make sure MC is filled as you go around the car. I actually put my car on wood blocks and slid under it so I didnt have to keep taking the wheels off. My pedal is solid now, "after new MC install"
