B18b in 95 hatch won't start
So I was going to work today and my car started to overheat at idle, I pulled over and refilled the radiator and that seemed to do the trick. On my way home however it started to make this weird knocking sound, like a fan was hitting against something, I was about to pull over and look at it when it died on me, and now it wont start. I think I might have burnt out my valve seals, but idk how to check for that, hopefully I didn't spin a rod or anything major. HELP AND IDEAS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
when you try to start the car does the engine sound likes its "freewheeling"? or like the timing belt may have snaped...
i have seen a few cars water pump bearings go/leak coolant and then jump time and or break all together... oil/coolant not good for t-belts

It doesn't crank, and the fuel pump wont prime, I forgot to add that part. The timing belt is still in one piece, I have a feeling it might be my valve seals or something valve related since it was overheating before it died. Can I just pull off the cylinder head to check the valves or the whole head?

Half-*** McGee (nickname for dude I got my engine from) put on half the bolts to the water pump; rubber ring snapped = my over heating issues. I guessed it caused the timing belt to jump timing, I'm in the process of replacing it and right when I tried to set the crank pulley to TDC I realized it wont turn at all = SEIZED!
ANYBODY WANNA BUY A JDM B18B FOR PARTS?!?!?!?
