My white EK.. weather let me wash it and take some pictures
Desperatly need new shocks, hopefully that will help even out the ride height, if not.. guess i get to buy coilovers. Need a sway bar too.

Looks good. Since you got wheels you your next priority should be suspension.
Front and Rear Swaybars:
See if you can find a full 99-00 Civic Si setup. That is what I did and was the most economical way to go. Make sure you get the front forks and the swaybar brackets. I got it off Ebay from a wrecker.
Coilovers/Shocks and Springs:
Depends on how much you want to spend. If you want to get a cheap and reliable setup go with the Progress package. Lots of good reviews on it. Or you can go with what I have, Koni Yellow/GC which is a pretty awesome setup. However, I am going to switch to T1R Bmax soon.

I want a white 00 hatch. They're so hard to find.
BTW, shocks absolutely do not affect ride height. Unless they're ride height adjustable shocks.

A 98+ DC2 24mm front bar with 96-00 EX control arm rear halves and links is much easier to find for the front. Junkyards everywhere have these.
The rear 13mm Si bar is worthless. Not worth the extra weight it puts into the car. It does nothing. A 22mm ITR rear bar is around $100. Blox links are like $35. He already has a rear subframe brace to support a big bar.
UPDATE***
been a few more months. Added Koni/GC, black front lip, 16" slipstreams (were 15"), and 6k HIDs
I have yellow fogs sitting in the garage waiting to be put on... then I think I'll be pretty happy with the exterior.
Black and white is so hard to photograph. For the record first pics with taken with a canon XT, most recent werr with my HTC Thunderbolt, but we got a Canon T3i a couple weeks ago.. next pics with be with that.

One thing i'd get done to that car would be to clean up the front bumper. It has been repainted before, with no masking off of the grill area's....looks kind of odd
I'd also keep your eyes open for some OE (or at least more OE appearing) front lip and headlights if the car were mine.
Moonroof is definitely aftermarket. Take care of those seals and run channels. If the brand isn't on it (or the company goes out of business) it could make parts hard to find if there's ever any problems with it.
Clean start.
Yep the front bumper has been repainted. I got fog lights that are going on pretty soon so I'm not too worried about painting the side vents, and I may or may not be going turbo soon (intercooler), if I don't then I'm going to paint the center grill black.
The moonroof is aftermarket, but it was done well and works flawlessly. Some people think if it doesn't say Honda on it then it's crap, but either way i loooove having a moonroof, esp when it's so rare that EK hatches have them added.
The car was actually stolen tues morning. I assumed the worse cause of the parts on it, but it was found that night in my neighborhood on a different block. Took the CD player, my HIDs, a very expensive roll of wire out of the back, and f'd up the ignition pretty good.

I wouldn't say a random aftermarket part added to a car is rare because the car didn't come with it. Well, perhaps what I mean is it doesn't hold that same value and people don't seek them out like one might with a car that has the rare OE part (especially one that's basically forever a part of the car).
I'd love to have a hatch with the OE roof added, but the biggest problem I've had is the headliner since I believe it hangs lower than the base/non-moonroof version headliner. Both coupes and sedans have shorter rooflines, so those headliners won't work and headliners can easily be damaged in shipping (plus expensive to get an item of that size shipped to you). I figured out the parts used in the moonroof itself all share either a part number with the US coupe or US sedan parts. Iirc it was a mix of both parts.
Sucks about the car theft. You got lucky though. Don't leave anything tempting, expensive or sentimental in the car and get an alarm at least. Oh, and when they stole my Civic they warped the steering column around. Hope yours is still straight.

Put fog lights in (not real happy with the turnout), adjusted the suspension some, and got 45 series tires. Oh tinted windows now as well. I am going to lower the rear a little more, it was rubbing really bad so i jacked it up to get it off the fender. Now the rear fenders are rolled a little... hopefully it will be fine now.
Next is to black out the honda badges, put dark film on the tails and get a new front bumper.
I'm thinking about getting a Civic badge to blacked out and put on the trunk, haven't decided. Also maybe some sort of rear lip to match the sides and front, but I think my muffler wouldn't jive with one.
Ive seen it a time or two, but what brand is the rear duckbill style wing that has a big lip like the EG? (not BYS)
