Sure you hooked it back up correctly. If the old one ran fine why did you swap it out? Are you getting any CELs now?

So you are getting spark and fuel. That is the only two things your motor needs to start.

Did you check grounds and fuses just in case....this is crazy. Im subscribing

And you are sure you did not mix the plugs up. Check that and then change the plugs. When I was untuned I fouled sets of plugs like I changed my undies. Check the wiring as compared to and stock B series motor:

I have done this once. And the dizzy is not 180 degrees off (because you would still be getting spark)

Put motor to TDC of #1 and check your dizzy to be pointing to #1!

Hope it isn't the ECU. Got a spare you can test it on?

Ecu^^
Are you on S300 or what?

Or if the dizzy has been tampered with like mine was the little 2 prong plug was on backwards on mine. That is why you would set the motor to TDC and check the position...to make sure it matches.

If a engine has spark and fuel...it will start...or at least attempt to. Does it start to go then die or nothing at all? Because nothing would mean ignition related if you are getting fuel.

If its not broke dont fix it right lol just giving you ****. Im going to Film studies class so I will have hours to ponder this question to try to come up with ideas. Hope you find your problem before I get out of class!

maybe this will help:

WTF I though you said it had fuel and spark. Then you say it doesnt even try to spark? I think you meant start.

Compression test it because you only need those two things to run it. Why dont you talk to the tuner ey? He prolly knows Hondas well and knows the car better than us.

What is the timing set at on the computer vs on your engine?

Did you try checking the dizzy with a multimeter. Checking resistance in the spark plugs. Something has to be throwing off the ignition timing! You said you run a jumper harness. Those harnesses are known for failing sometimes when ppl put them on the floor and whatnot.

The timing is off on something injectors of ignition....

fuel pressure?
How did you check fuel injectors working?
fuses, relays?

This confirms my thought it must be timing:

Oh I completely forgot about this...what color is the spark. You could be producing a weak spark and not igniting the fuel.

no compression when you test it? If it jumped a tooth it may have done something to a valve?

No compression? I've cooked engines in the past that had busted rings and blown holes in the pistons and they still ran, though not the best. Not sure what you mean by "compression"...
