so today i got home from work and both my hondas (well actually an acura and a honda) were gonecalled the police to report them stolen and they told me they werent stolen...they were hit by a drunk driver and both demolished....that blows my 93gsr tegi was all original with a spotless body and only 97k on the odometer...and i just got done rebuildin the b20 in my 97 civ coupe...seriously fml all together theres like 20 grand in **** just gone...so needless to say im lookin for another honda..would like an eg foor door or a ef sedan to combine my parts between the gsr head and b20 turbo and put them in yea u heard it b20 vtec turbo...any help findin a clean sedan for around 500 bucks in the northeastern tristate area(ny,pa,nj) would be great and very appreciated

 

For someone whos so big on Honda, you'd know this isnt a for sale section look on your own

 

Can't you get the cars back to remove your parts?

 

And sue the pants off that drunk driver.

he had no insurance and on top of that is on a fixed income(disability) so even if i do decide to sue i'll never see any money and i dont want his busted *** tv or the lease to the house his son rents him..i just want my cars back

 

get a lawyer and sue your insurance. i'd still sue him. It would put a lean on his assets.

 

and did i mension i got the tegi off a 55 yr old woman in 2001 with only 27k on the odometer...so yea never raced or abused....god i hate stupid people..if u wanna drink all u honda guys....do it at home please n leave ur keys somewhere u cant find'm when ur drunk

 

i only had liability on them and limited tort cause they never moved for the winter...ps. from what the cop said..he has no assets

 

sigh... live and learn buddy. at the end, it's just a car. just get something better and ALWAYS put full coverage on your car. and not just 15/30K, that's basically liability.

 

tru but on a good note i just found the same da i had in the same color with 127k on the clock and a perfect body, clean title but no engine or trans for 800 and yes its a gsr with the same leather interior...and its in my town.... ...things already lookin up for project da...lol it just hurts cuz it was my first honda and me and that car been together so long
