hey guys, i need all the help i can get, go to this link https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=290550
Something dont sound right, because i use b16's axels with mines and it fit fine...
my first mistake was putting the wrong axel on the wrong side....check if it might be that.....when you tap the axels in the intermediate shaft you should hear a click indicating its in....good luck with your project

hmm, im pretty sure its in right, but i didnt hear a click though. this thing is killing me, im almost there with the swap but the damn axles are being a @#$%^&. anyone else have ideas, i can use all the help that i can get!!
Try inserting them the opposite way, from the outside in. Just make sure they fit at all by doing this. Sometimes the splines get screwed up and its a bitch to put into the hub. Pull the axle out and try doing it the opposite way, they should fit.

you probably pulled the bearings out. If so, it needs to go in otherwise the axle will be longer than you should not be.
If they are the SiR2 axles they should go in just fine. My guess is you might have been given Integra LS axles or something of the sort. To make your axles work, get axles and a half shaft for either an Integra GSR or Integra Type R. Type R, GSR, and SiR share the same axle/halfshaft setup. The drivers side axle should be a female connector on the side that connects to the half shaft. The halfshaft itself should be male on the drivers side and female on the passengers side. If yours doesnt look like that, then you need to replace some parts. Like I said, axles from a GSR or Type R will work perfect for your swap.

let's say the axles are correct. any ideas on how to get them into the shaft. ive tried greasing it, pushing, taking the shafts out, and they all still dont work. im pretty sure the engine is sitting where its suppose to be sitting because the shift linkage lines up correctly and the mounts are all good. any more thoughts?
dude.. your not putting it in right.. duh.. did you actually take the time to do it right the first time.. man.... one problem after another huh.. man.. i do feel sorry for you..
