im not sure if im having tranny problems or my clutch is going out..my main seal needs to be done as well. im looking for an honest shop that knows honda and can fix it on the first try at a resonable price..i have the parts. can any one recommend a place?

 

Ok first off... Where are you at? I have a ton of shops to send you to but if your in FL and im in CO its not going to help you at all.

Rear main seal? Just do it with a clutch job, just make sure to get a quality part dont just buy a autozone part. I would rec a Exedy clutch and NAPA rear main at the same time and new HONDA MTF.. Get genuine honda mtf its the BEST for our trans

To not have to do it again, use quality parts!!!

 

Aftermarket seals=fail, they always leak and OEM isn't going to cost that much more. Like already posted, you need to state where you are even at.

 

Safest bet with your ATTS system is to take it to Honda if you don't want to worry about it. It will cost you, but you're paying for peace of mind. Other shops can do it, but try to find out if they've worked on an SH before.
