OBD0 DPFI to OBD0 MPFI Harness?

OBD0 DPFI to OBD0 MPFI Harness?
Is there a conversion harness to convert from OBD0 DPFI to OBD0 MPFI or is it all manual re-wiring? (I couldn't find anything on boomslang)
If it is all re-wiring could someone post a link to the best write up for converting to OBD0 MPFI manually? I have found a ton of them, but want to use the most accurate one.
I have a 1991 CRX DX DPFI Automatic, going to ZC DOHC MPFI OBD0 with a JDM PM7 Automatic ECU.
