can i run 5mm spacers on stock studs?
i hear w/ spacers past a certain mm you would need extended studs. is it safe to run 5mm spacers on my teg?

^kind of hard to say which offset im trying to achieve
right now my fronts are around -2.xx and rear is 1.9 i believe
i do adjust my ride height every so often or when i feel like it so... not sure here
i just want to look more flush, will 5 do it or will i need more
a little bit sunk would be good for function too so i dont rub everywhere w/o looking super sunk =p

5mm won't be enough to notice.
And you do realize your alignment is also total crap if you change your ride height all the time, right? Toe and camber both change every time you change your ride height, which means if you change it often and don't get it aligned every time, you're destroying your tires.

i dont chage the height too much from where it is, not to the point where its alignment is out of my spec range. i've had it brought in to check a few times .
and will +10 make a noticeable difference?
i want it to come out but i still want a slight sink so i wont rub the fenders i'm not rolled in the back or front.
will be on stock studs still

forgot to mention im on rpf1 and have open holed lugs
edit: no 8? damn was looking to get 35 with that
how much will the wheels go with 5mm putting it to 38?
does the stress caused on wheel bearings that severe or is it something like (will last "almost" as long as if there were no spacers")

It's not the wheel bearings, it's the amount of threads engaged by the lug nuts. Too few threads engaged can cause much higher sheer stresses along the studs.
