Default apex n1 exhaust solution??

if i get the apex-i n1 muffler and have custom piping bent for it will it still hit the ground? i have a guy around here that can do anything to exhausts. is the problem that the muffler is to big or that the axelback part is angled imporper for lowered hatches. i hear alot of people have problems with this muffler on hatches but will the custom piping solve the problem. also will there be less hp gains from the custom piping.

no because the piping that keeps hitting the ground is from the muffler/axle back. Unless he can saw that off and reweld the piping

just the muffler with no piping at all would work.
