2000 Honda Civic Ex won't start??? Please help!!
When the car is in park and I turn the key I get nothing. Doesent try to crank at all. I have power on everything else raido, lights and dash. I have to take it out of park and drop the shifter down into another gear then back into park. Or while its in park i have to jiggle the shifter around a bit to get it to start. It seems like this only happens when it is cold outside. When the temp is above 40 or so it has no problem. Any ideas or need more info please let me know!
Thanks in advance!!!

sounds like a lose connector/plus or a goofy wire for the tranny
as in a technical way of saying. your transmission safety sensor is malfunctioning.
auto trannies have a sensor that wont let the car start if its not in park
