what liquid flows through this?
Hey all,
I have a '92 civic DX and have a pin (rust) hole in a steel line that crosses in front of the radiator near the bottom of the car. This line is just behind the front lower bumper facia. It comes from somwhere in the engine compartment (i assume) comes accross the front, makes a 180 then returns back to engine. What flows in this? I assume I can "make" my own repair section and scab in a whole new fabbed piece?...doesnt look too complicated.
Thanks

I would just be careful what material I used to "loop" that line. I would suck to make a pin hole a huge hole. I would use some small radiator line and a couple heavy duty clamps and tighten them as tight as I could go without crimping the line.
I would tranny rubber line, as rad/water tubing may soften up and deteriorate from the ps fluid...
Cut the line and flare both ends, install rubber line inline and clamp down.
