Default h23a1 honda accord 1993

hey everyone ive done reasearch on this but i could not find any specific answers to my question...i have a 92 honda prelude si and i love the motor in it. it pulls nice and gets great gass miles, but the car is rotted and its an automatic so i wanna try to pull the motor and drop it into my 93 honda accord, will this be a difficult task to do? from what i have been told, all i would need to do is swap the ecu with a manual one in the accord, use a prelude motor mount, and swap wiring harnesses..is there anything else that i would need? and are there any problems that i might run into during the swap? i have a cherry picker to pull the engine, and access to air tools but i would just like an experts advice...thanks please write back!

I'm no expert.....I have the same motor in my 90 accord. Everything you mentioned above is correct, except that you would use the accord mounts. You would need to relocate two of the bolts for the trans mount. Also the powersteering hose would need some mods due to it mounting differently.

You will also need to rewire the car for a manual transmission.

I was running a std f22 ecu but I swapped it out for a std h23 ecu.

yeah im chipping a single cam p28 myself because ive heard they are the best for tuning. were you impressed on how much more performance you gained? because my option is to pick up an h22 transmission and swap my manual accord conponents onto my prelude (which im told will bolt right up, no problem) and just keep the prelude which i guess is lighter than the cb7 accords anyways...
