Default power steering fluid reservoir & power steering belt

I opened the hood of my 2001 honda accord (4 cyl.) and realized that there's no cap on my power steering reservoir. Does anyone know where i can get a replacement???

Also, it seems like my power steering belt on my accord has been continuously running loudly. Like a lot of older cars, it often runs louder when it's warming up in the cold, but now it seems to be running louder all the time. Thoughts?? Much appreciated.

Try a local breaker, I get little things like that for free most of the time as i'm there a lot ¬.¬ that or imagine it's going to cost you next to nothing.

A used cap will probably be collapsed and not fit tight. A new one from the dealer will probably cost a tad more than $0.02.

What kind of noise is the belt making? Squealing? Barking? Or does it whine like a bitchy old woman?
