ej8 sticky speedo?

once i start the car it sticks at 20 for a while then while eventually start working correct. any easy fixes other then new cluster cause everything else works mint. thanks

I Heard That Sometimes Is The Cluster. Swap It Out With A Friends Car. To See if It's The Cluster. If Not You VSS Is F****D
