Default Strange Noise from Head..Need B-Series EXPERT

First this isn't my first Rodeo and have building B series motors for a long time now. I had built a LS/Vtec setup for my car put about 5k on it and just placed the turbo setup on it yesterday. I rode it around on low boost 7 psi for about 5 miles and now I have a weird noise from the head.

First- The noise isn't always there, It's not Rod Knock, I just did a valve adjustment all at .006-.007. I usually go as tight as possible. It's not there at Idle and only when I rev once in awhile. I checked all the loss motion assembly's. Sounds like a terrible head knock and not sure what it could be. I thought maybe the rockers are getting caught up on each other, but never had that before or have heard of that. Could the innner vavles springs make a noise like that if one was broken, but I pushed all them down and they seemed fine as well. The only thing we really changed was the little bit of oil pressure that now goes to the turbo which was an AN3 line with restrictor so it's not much. LMK if you have any ideas. I know it had to explain without hearing it.

Noise: Sounds like a loose nut in the head but checked everywhere and took out the cams. I am at my last end with it. Not sure where or what to check it all looks good. I didn't take all the vavle springs back out though. LMK if inners could sound like that if they broke.
THanks

sounds like u have a loose or broken valve guide pull the valve on the cylinder where noise is coming from .but u should check all the 16 guides..

checked everything. All valve guides are in great condition and the springs are all good *** well. The lost motions move okay but sometimes stick and then come back up. Could that cause a slap every once in awhile. Anyone LMK thanks.

build a cardboard cage around it and run it with the valve cover off. If you have easy access to pressure washer

That could very easily be your problem. Not uncommon either. Replace the LMA's that are sticking, or all of them if the head has alot of miles, and readjust the valves. Hope this solves your problem.
