GSR vs. LS block
so whats the verdict? which would be the better block for me? im getting the 2l built block all motor from IB and getting their head package<not sure if im going to go with the skunk2's or jun 3's yet> so what do you guys recomened for a fast all motor block? the stroke is longer on the ls block, is this good or bad for my purpose? the GSR block will be able to handle higher RPM's correct? or no? argh, help me out here guys.. thanks!
also, with that package, should i increase my injector size? what should i do about my fuel management?

The cranks are interchangable, so that's moot.
But the GS-R block comes with a girdle for greater strength and is already set up with the oil-jets for the pistons. It also matches the the VTEC heads' coolant and oil routings.

GSR block
for fuel management you can use either Ericks racing cutom ecu program or
hondata ..
Ericks racing uses his own custom program on his 10's car

Get the GSR. It can handle higher rpms safer and less oiling issues because the oil runs fomr the block straight to the head unlike with ls vtec you gotta run through a steel braided hose.
so the gsr is better built to hamdle all the higher comp, higher revs, just a stronger block? worth the 400 to use gsr block for 2l than the ls?
