were they brand new items? did you do proper break in?

it might just be the fact that you're not used to it.

6-puck racing clutches grab harder than stock clutches

try giving it a bit more gas as you let off the clutch, and let off the clutch alot slower, at the contact point more specifically

going from stock to racing clutches for a DD are very different

that is whats referred to as "chatter" and that can prematurely wear a clutch... your going to have to practice reving the motor and taking off first try instead of the typical feathering while pulling away. this may induce a slight tire chirp once in awhile but will massively elongate clutch life

ive got a stage 3 puck on my stock flywheel and it does the same thing, it's because of the disc that just grabs harder, i notice if i rev and let the clutch out faster it dosent chatter that much.......u just have to have the right touch my fren lol

Thanks guys thought I had out in the clutch wrong or something along that line. Will this vibration go away over time? Sometimes it vibrates really bad and sometimes not ?

yeah if you wear out your clutch to much instead of chatter it will just slip...

seriously though it's inherent nature of an aggressive clutch.... a heavy duty puck clutch is more for high hp high rpm shifting less than take off's hence the chatter.... and for a heavy duty like that remember practice is perfect on taking off and there is a learning curve

Most like the clutch is not fully broken in yet. I remember when I put in my 6-puck clutch w/ 10lb flywheel it would try to grab and slip vibrating like crazy until I broken it in and gotten used to it. You will feel the puck gripping and slipping a little when you are rolling letting go and then stepping on the gas pedal.

i just realized that my tranny mount plate is cracked and the bolt is loose??!! but the other bolts are tight

would this cause the engine vibration at low rpms when accelerating?

Yes. I assume you are referring to the tranny mount on the front. With that broken it can be causing binding from the motor torquing over as you start moving. I would replace it and go from there.
