Single-pass, aluminum half-sized radiator
Does any company sell an all-aluminum single pass, aluminum, half-size radiator for the 92-2000 Civics?

arent all civic radiators single pass? (in one end and out the other) look into fluidyne, koyo, mishimoto

Dual core, dual pass, I forget what they're called. A 4" thick radiator won't work. Typically the 'racing' version of the stock radiator is about 2x as thick so you get more cooling for the same front cross section.
However, in my specific application, we don't have the extra space (not a Civic, or a street car for that matter), and we can't spare the extra 5lbs.

not all aftermarket radiators are that thick. did you look them up? or call the manufacturer of a certain brand of radiator? they probably have the specs on their websites or even a phone number you could call and ask.
