Are you sure it's the timing belt?

Typically it's the Power Steering Belt or the Alternator/Air Conditioning Belt that squeal.

Timing/Balancer Belt whurrs/whines while Serp belt squeals.

I'm pretty sure it's the T-Belt, here's a quick vid to show:

If it's the same noise you're getting, do this:

-Remove the upper timing cover
-TDC engine
-Turn the cam gear 3 teeth counter clockwise
-Loosen the tensioner adjusting bolt 2/3 of a turn and retighten.

This should properly tension both the timing and balancer belt. Good Luck!

Please note, I will not be responsible for any of your problems that might occur if you didn't do it right. I recommend you leave it to a mechanic who's more experience.

It has tensioner bolts on it. Tighten it up.

Directly from the factory service manual, from the section dealing with steering noise.

"Humming due to pulsation of fluid is normal. Particularly with the car stopped and the wheel turned."
