Default itr countershaft vs b16 countershaft

Are there any differences in the 95-97 spec jdm itr countershaft and 00 si countershaft? Reason I ask is I plan on running a type r lsd with a 66 teeth ring gear and want to make sure that my 15 tooth si countershaft will work. From my reasearch a 95-97 itr and gsr ring gear is 66 teeth and their countershafts are 15 teeth, which gives it a 4.4 final drive. So will my 15 tooth b16 countershaft work? And I'm a noob at this, is the countershaft the same as a pinion? Thanks for help

What's the P/N? Should be the same but not sure.

Buy a new countershaft or use the countershaft that belongs to the ITR ring gear.

How do I check part #? Is there one on my b16 countershaft?
