Its 2 long flashes then 4 fast flashes. What does it mean? Sometimes i have trouble reading it. I just put my engine back into my EF and plugged everything correctly as far as i can tell.

Is there a brief pause about 2 seconds in between the long flashes and the short ones? Does it goes LONG LONG PAUSE then SHORT SHORT SHORT SHORT PAUSE (the repeats)?

Since your car won't start makes me believe this is code 20 and code 4. Code 4 is Crankshaft Position Sensor.
