Im turboing my single cam zc in my ej1 with a t04e. What injectors can i run? im not tryin to spend too much considering im just doing it until the motor blows up and going to drop an LS turbo in it. So RC injectors are a no no. We used DSM injectors in my buddies DC but i forget how we ran it. Also heard H22 will work also. my question is what injectors out of another car can i run? Thanks

 

i guess MK3 supra injectors too? theyre 295s

 

why waste money on the engine when you are already planning on dropping in a ls turbo, just put the money towards the ls than the single cam.

But you can run the dsm 450cc injectors, you will just have to wire up a resistor box.

People are having trouble with their n/a engines and could really use that engine!

 

Lets do it this way, how much power are you expecting/looking to make? Injector duty cycles are based of power and the type of fuel supply.

 

im turboing the zc cuz later im just gonna get a b series manifold and swap the kit over. but right now im just looking for a basic 200-230whp on around 8-10lbs w/ a 255 walbro. but i guess im going to run a gt25 turbo which i guess will allow me to run stock injectors.

I laughed so hard at this!!!
I barely hit 240 to the wheels all stock everything with a 60 trim turbonetics at 14psi on a very aggressive tune for a stock internals car.....
Ran 5000 miles and blew the seals on the turbo.

I don't understand why you expect it to blow then?

Also you will easily run out of injector around 180whp.

You NEED dsms and a wally 255 to pass that point.

homie pulled 195whp on a bone stock z6 with a gt25 set up. on stock injectors and 9lbs.

 

im not talking down but just cause u didnt doesnt mean it cant be done.

 

I could have hit 200 at 95 percent duty cycle but that ***** dangerous.
200 was absolute max without a wally.
