Can you be any more vague?

What year/model is the car?

What exactly is it doing? "Not starting" covers a whole host of different issues. Do all of the dash lights come on when you turn the key to position II ("on")? Does the starter crank the engine when you turn the key to position III ("start")?

i left one mount on driver side. dropped motor and pulled tranny its a 94 vtec all lights work dash to. no fuse is blow or cel code. motor turns over just sounds like no compression. wont turn over if cluth is out tried that to see. as i lowered it i watched all spots for clearance. ran before and just had head work done not to long ago. only took what needed to come off touched noithing eles.

So it just makes a flat cranking sound with no compression pulses? If so (and if you have already verified that the cams are turning and that you're getting spark), it's probably just flooded. Excess fuel in the cylinders can wash down the cylinder walls, which doesn't allow the compression rings to seal. Try flooring the throttle and cranking it for 15 seconds at a time. Cranking at WOT will shut the injectors off and allow the excess fuel to clear out. It should eventually start. Don't crank for more than about 15 seconds at a time without giving it a break or you'll risk burning out the starter.

Have you checked for spark? When you turn the key to position II, does the Check Engine light illuminate for 2 seconds and then go out, or does it stay on constantly?

Did you plug all connectors back in the right places? My EF didn't start when I left a sensor unplugged on the I/M

Did you mess with anything fuel related? if you have spark fuel and compression then it should start

Check plugs that go into the distributor and also the plug into the bottom of the coil. Left that one off when I did my 5spd swap and wouldn't start. Abt gave me a heart attack till i found it!

not yet. new battery and plugs cap and rotor. no cel codes not blowing fuses ive been over the whole harness even tried my other ecu thinking maybe hondata lost its programing. i pulled fuel line off fuel fuel turned key on fuel comes out. wire jumps spark to the block. its gotta be a wire but **** it all looks ok the black **** that covers the wire harness looks good to not like its pinched. frustrated right now done for the day. black ops time lol dont make sense ran before i pulled tranny and replace clutch. here is another at the first point of starting it will give compression just wont keep going almost thinking of push starting it
