OVERHEATING?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!
hoses- check
coolant-check
brand ******* new thermostat-check
fan running-check
im not concerned about the waterpump because when i disconnected my lower rad hose from my thermostat there was coolant flowing out of it!
also it starta to overheat faster when i make a hard left turn??
also again when i turn the heat on you would think there would be hells air coming out......... nothing there is no hot air coming out. sorry about the long post, does anyone have any ideas?!

I have the same freaken problem, flushed my **** twice and have a brand new water pump, im tempted to just ditch the Thermostat and get a bigger psi Radiator cap, lot bigger than my OE one. Im even using water weter and the **** still over heats. So if anyone know let us know.
P.S. sorry to piggy back on you like this (takeheed)

alright i figured it all out...there was a huge ******* air pocket in the lines!!!! what i did was fill it up a little, sqeeze the hoses to push the air out and then let go of them real fast to draw the coolant i just put in in to the hoses. i did that about 800 times and started it up...let it run alittle...and then did it another 800 times until the slightest squeeze would push up the juice then i knew allthe hoses were full
thank god i dont have to change my water pump.it would only take me an hour but its just a pain in my ***!

I was gonna say...check your rad cap. That's why mine overheated. Seals were all brittle and cracked. Lets the coolant boil sooner, and therefore overheats, and it all flows into the overflow reservoir and boils over. New rad cap = FIXED.

Thanks for the tip (takeheed) but let me tell you why im still spectacle about not being air pockets. This is all I did at the same time brand new radiator, radiator cap, flushed twice and added water wetter, brand new water pump, brand new thermostat, brand new radiator hoses (uppper and lower) no faulty wirring & no codes. When it starts to overheat I turn on heater and temp. goes down rapidly not slowly. Im still leaning towards ditching my thermostat, hoping that I have a bad one. And its not my head gasket there is not any of the typical signs. Still confused??
Sorry I'm too late to help you out, but there is a little nipple on the passenger's side of the head. Start the engine, turn the heater to full, and unscrew the nipple a little bit to bleed the air out of the cooling system. Leave it unscrewed until you get a steady stream of coolant. Then screw it back in.
yeah but you got it done, now its my turn I will repost tomorrow if I did it right. Crossing my fingers hoping that's the problem.
Ever wonder why IT support can't be this quick about getting your coputer fixed, they should take lessons from Honda-Tech.
