I have ONE step/courtesy light not working in my '99 EX sedan. It is the pass. rear door, the door switch works great and turns the dome light on, and the dash disply for the rear door. Replaced the bulb nothing not even a flicker. Worked well two days ago? Power window, and power locks still working great on that door.

 

And the voltage at the pins is? Could the connector have come off.
