Hey guys im new here. but i just had a quick question. My 95 civic with the JDM b16a swap revs at about 3k rms when i first start it. I just got a Skunk2 Intake manifold so when i take the oem one off. im gona clean the IACV and FITV. Any Ideas??? Thanks

 

Another thing. The injector wires look kinda rigged. Any ideas where i can get some others?

 

Unplug the IACV and see if the idle come down. If it does remove it and inspect the plunger to see if it is fully closed. If it is, you have a vacuum leak somewhere.

Without IACV operation, idle should be 450-500rpm with PCV air only, if its higher than this, you have a vacuum leak, or the throttle is cocked open.

Adjust the idle screw only AFTER you have ensured there are no air leaks in the manifold to 450-500rpm HOT.
