So.... my girl just bought a 98 dx 5 speed however she loved my 97 ex and she wants to put a 2 1/2in. exhaust on her car like i have on mine but i want to suprise her with just a lil more bang for her buck so here is my question...will a d16y8 intake manifold/throttle body and exhaust manifold simply un bolt and bolt striaght onto her y7 and will the sensors just plug rite up....and add a little better flow or possibly HP to the whimpy little 106 HP(or whatever a y7 gets) she currently has?? thanks ahead....

thanks i did see that thread but all i was asking is it simply bolt plug and play between the two? i didn see it mentioned in that thread thanks tho.

 

I think if it was plug and play issue there wouldn't be that many clarifying questions. But the answer to your question is no.
