Can anyone help me match this lug nut?

For my 16x7 Rota wheels I've been using a set of black painted (not black chrome), closed-end, steel lug nuts ever since I bought them in 2004. I bought the wheels from a friend and the lug nuts came with them, and I have no idea where he got the lug nuts from. Recently I broke a lug stud while removing one of them, so I need to replace at least one lug nut, if not 4 of them (if I have to buy a set of 4).
I can take a pic of one later on, but right now this is probably the best pic I have of them. These lug nuts are a bit longer than OEM lug nuts, around 1 3/4" or 2" long.
I have Google searched, looked at Gorilla, McGard, etc. and haven't really found anything that matches. If I can't find any and have to replace all 16, I'll try to find something that matches the OEM lug socket size of 19mm. These take a 17mm socket so it's a bit of a pain having to switch back and forth when changing wheels.

Well I found a set of Dorman branded gloss black lug nuts + locks at Vatozone today that look pretty much exactly like the large pic above. It came with a set of 16 nuts + 4 locks, but the locks look a bit odd so I might not use those. $35 for the set. They're not as long as the nuts I have been using (in the pic at the top of the wheel on my car) but hopefully they'll work okay.
Best part is that they take a 19mm socket just like OEM lug nuts, so no more switching sockets back and forth.

Compared the new lug nuts with my old ones, surprisingly they're almost the same length. I was thinking my old ones were a good bit longer. Oh well, looks like they should fit and work great, and the 19mm socket size (vs. 17mm for the old ones) is a big plus for me.

Well I figured out why the old lug nuts that came with the wheels use a 17mm socket - the new ones with 19mm hex don't allow me to get my impact socket on them in one particular hole on my Rota C10 wheels. One of the spokes is too close to the lug nut where it curves in at the hub.
Only thing I can get on there is a thin-wall standard socket (non-impact), and it just so happened I do not have a deep 19mm or deep 3/4" standard socket.
I had to make do with a shallow 3/4" socket for now, which was not ideal at all.
