would this wear down my engine??

is it possible to put a vtec head on a b18b1. would it wear down my engine faster??

no it wont wear down your engine it would help it seeing as when u put on the vtec head ud have to put new head gasket,timing belt, valve job and seals / defineatly do it

probly will youll want to take it to red line more often, probly get a few more tickets then normal too lol
