I need a piece for my front right suspension of my 98 ek hatch i dont know what it is call but i need to know where to find it advanced auto didnt have it didnt go to dealership or pep boys it is number "6" in the pic below highlighted in yellow help please! trying to get my car back on the road.

 

That'd be the front lower control arm.

 

Majestichonda.com is probably the best source if you are looking for a new part. Their prices are lower than other dealerships and they ship nationwide. They also have a parts finder page which will display a diagram like the one you have, with part numbers. I checked, they have it, and it costs a little under $200.00, plus shipping. Otherwise, you should start calling the wrecking yards and used parts suppliers.

 

isn't number 4 the lower control arm?

 

I can't even see a #4 in that pic, but it looks like you're referring to the "A" arm which is the front UPPER control arm.

yep thats the right part, as long as its the correct side. just curious why do you need it? for new bushings or is it broke?
