Default Civic wont start

I have a 97 civic lx with a b18b1 swap. the car was running perfect till i spun out on black ice and hit a snow bank with the front of the car. i was going around 15 or 20 when i hit it. i tryed to start it up and nothing so i towed it back to my place and checked the timing belt fuel pump starter distributor and still nothing. also after i hit the snow bank i checked under the hood and the engine bay was packed full of snow any ideas

Try again after the snow melts?

Remove the spark plugs and check whether there is water in the cylinders. If so, remove the water and compression test the cylinders.

If you tried starting it with the timing belt cover off with the engine bay full of snow check timing. It happened to a friend of mine.

Check inside the distributor cap for water. Make sure all the connections to the cap and spark plugs are free of moisture. You can blow them out with an air compressor. Ron had a good suggestion, you may have hydro locked your motor.
