my 93 hatch currently has a d16z6, i want to swap for something vtec with DOHC lookin for somethin still 1.6L any suggestions on a DOHC motor, or should i just build the SOHC Z6

 

Your D16Z6 is a Vtec engine, but if you want to stay 1.6L, Vtec and DOHC = B16a/B16a2/3, etc.

 

And you're wanting to swap because...? A little background info would be nice.

 

ya i know the z6 is vtec, i like the look of a DOHC it doesnt have to b 1.6L, its more of an aesthetic swap than one for power still want the vtec tho.....and the the b16a swap is what i was thinking, i was gonna go k for a power swap but im not a racer so im not tryin to spend a crazy amout of money for somethin i dont need, is there mount work and such for a b series swap
