Transmission/Diff Noise While Turning?
I've just replaced the clutch in my ITR with an Exedy OEM replacement and have noticed a rubbing/clicking type of noise from the font end. It only happens while turning left, in gear with the clutch in. Any slight turn off-center to the left will make the noise and it is speed dependent. If I put it in neutral mid-turn while it is making noise, the noise slows down like something spinning down until it stops. To me it sounds like it's coming from the left side, but that could just be because of where I'm sitting. Replaced at the same time was the driver's side axle with a Raxle. I didn't really have any issues during the install except having a tough time getting the axles out of the hub.
The fact that it will only do it in gear with the clutch in makes me think it's internal to the transmission (e.g. the diff), but I could be wrong about that. It also will not do it 100% of the time, but I can't figure out the difference in the condition when it will not.
Any thoughts on this are appreciated.

my guess would be the axle, because Raxle rebuilt shity axle just from my own experience, bought 2 rebuilt axles from them couple years ago, drive for 2 weeks then thers clicking noise, take out the drive side axle, cv joint was so loose, other side was ok, have to rebuilt it myself.
I've heard nothing but praise for Raxles in every search I've done. That said, defects happen to the best parts and I haven't ruled it out yet.
Did it do it before you changes the clutch and axle? If not, see if you can borrow a known good axle and swap it out for the Raxle to see if that takes care of it.
I don't believe it did but I may just not have noticed it. Although I heard it in the first few drives since I did the work, so I don't think it would go unnoticed that long, even though it isn't driven that much.
As far as swapping in a known good axle, I would have to buy an Autozone, NAPA, Advance...etc piece to test it out since I don't have access to any.
I just don't see how anything outside the transmission can change when going from in-gear to neutral.
