So ive been searching arnd and ive found the effects of retarding or advancing ignition timing, but i cant find n e thing on what effects retarding or advancing cam timing has on power output. Can anyone help me out with this thanks.

 

You would only ever adjust the ignition timing, never the cam timing. Unless you have a reason to do so, both should be set to spec.
