Default 99 civic ex/b16 swap won't start

i have a 99 civic ex and i just swaped my motor and put a b16 it it. the problem is that it wont start. it has clean fuel, a good spark, good fuel flow out of injectors, good compression (165 psi). i tried two ecus, my sohc and a b series. its also have good timing, no leaks, good head gasket. it just doesnt want to turn over. all wires are connected except for knock sensor but my b series ecu is chipped and bypass that. grounds are tight, battery strong, but idk whats the problem...

any help will be nice, thanks

Are you saying it won't start or won't crank?

Is your map and tps sensor plugs right? They have the same style connector and alot of people mix-match these plugs by mistake

sorry to bring back from dead but im hoping this is my issue too. my car ran as a stock lsv in 96 sedan with a turbo kit strapped to it. since i upgraded the fuel rail - it WONT START. Right when it seems like its going to turn over it doesnt, then starts cranking again. I hope a bad dizzy is the problem as I've literally been over EVERYTHING.

That sounds like incorrect firing order, a broken rotor driver, or a distributor installed 180 degrees off. Or wet/damaged ignition components.

Start a new thread instead of bumping an old one.

So it only started after your fuel rail install? If so Id look there first, maybe the fittings on the fuel rail end differs from the stock one.

Hey HPH-
My buddy has the exact same rail on his car. He has 240s and a different FP gauge (i have 900s) but it all fit on exactly the same so I had ruled that out.
