99 Civic EX won't start
My Civic was parked all winter long now it won't start. I have replaced spark plugs, cab and rotor and the ignition coil. Still won't start. Have spark. Have fuel but I'm not sure if the pressure is good. Also did a compression test. 130psi, 90psi, 60psi and 60ps. Cylinder 2,3,4 are low but it should start and run funny ( like misfired) but it turn over and won't start. Any idea where I should start next? Thank guys!!

Unplug the fuel injectors, and then repeat the compression test with one tablespoon of oil added to each cylinder. Also make sure you are doing the test at WOT.

Did u try to jump it if not try that first take ur battery to go get tested also just because u have 12 volts doesnth mean u have enough cold cranking amps to really power the starter also if everything else i just said is good try hitting the starter a couple of times see if it really trys to turn over at that point

Thank you for the comments guys. After doing many cranking and compression tested again. The alternator belt broke off and the car started. It's turned out that my Alternator seized up. Car run now.
