Default ls/vtec wont idle right!!!

okay so heres the deal i got a 93 hatch with a b16 head and a b18a1 block, its all stock internals, its boosted on 6 psi, with a garrett super 60 turbo. i recently broke the tranny so i replaced it with a gsr tranny, this was my first tranny and i took the intake manifold off for some reason, so i dissconneced most alll the sensors, when i re assembold the engine i hooked all the sensors up to best of my knowledge, now the car will start but it has a shitty idle, about 500 rpm and it is running super rich. i checked all the vacume lines, i cleaned the iacv, and put a new plug in on the ckf sensor. and still no luck, i hooked a timing light up to it and it seems 180 off for the ignition timing because the timing mark on the crank pully was on the total opposite side. i try'd moving the dizzy but no change what so ever. need help!!!
